The 10th and final track of the chase has now been released, Homestead-Miami Speedway. The track has been completely rebuilt, with a lot of new 3do's and geometry all all based on satelite images. So this should give you the most realistic experience. The track unfortunately does not have a new scoring pylon or pitroad, because is was pretty much impossible to edit the current 3do. I did fix the issue with the pitstall not being in the right place (if you downloaded the track from the link in the forum, you can redownload the track to fix the issue).
Here it finally is, the 9th track of the chase. It was delayed some because of the work I did the past few weeks on Homestead. So I hope this track and especially Homestead will make up for the waiting. And some more good news, I have to renew my account soon, so that'll mean we should be in the air for another year.
This was actually the 6th track of the chase, but since they switched Tally and Martinsville in the new schedule I mixed them up a bit. Anyway Martinsville now has been released! Hereby I also want to thank everyone who donated in the past couple of weeks. It seems like I got all the donations I needed for this year. So a big thumbs up! Without you guys (and girls) no revamped.
The 8th chase track of 10 has now been released. Texas Motor Speedway, so that leaves two tracks to go. The track doesn't have a new shadow. I know someone requested that, but most of the real race was during an overcast, so I had no idea what the shadow should look like to make it real. The track does come with a few new .lp files that hopefully fix some issues.
The 6th chase track, Talladega Superspeedway, has now been released! Because I smoothened the banking in the previous version (Talladega_revamped_2009) the ai reacted a little bit different than in previous versions, so I fixed that in this version. I tried to make a competative ai for all three series, with a strong, yet not too strong, outside line. However the effect can differ based on the ratings and weather you use.
